  • Nancy’s therapeutic bodywork includes hands-on blends of deep tissue fascial release, neuromuscular re-education, gua sha, cryotherapy, sports massage, functional movement and flexibility.

 

  • Consultations for health and wellness include Q & A, nutrition, self-health education, wellness coaching, and home health ergonomic consultation. Some consultations may be done in person or by phone/Skype.

Pricing:

60 minute Therapeutic Bodywork Session – $150

90 minute Therapeutic Bodywork Session – $225

Health & Wellness Consultation – $175

Onsite Services – Price is determined by time and location.
